🚚 Delivery Information
Within Nairobi
- Delivery Time: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3PM
- Delivery Mode: Motorbike or matatu
- Cost: Varies depending on your location in Nairobi
Outside Nairobi
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Mode: Your preferred courier service (e.g., G4S, Wells Fargo, Fargo Courier, etc.)
- Cost: Based on courier rates and destination
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges — no refunds.
- Eligible exchanges:
We accept returns only in cases where you need to exchange an item due to size or damaged/defective at the delivery point - Condition:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact. - Timeframe:
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours but it should be reported immediately at the pick up point.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or call within 24 hours
- Share your order details and reason for exchange
- We’ll guide you on the exchange process
Note: Exchange delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it was our error.
